A little preparation. A better print.
What files should I upload?
Use a transparent PNG at the exact intended print size, preferably 300 DPI. The builder also lists PDF, SVG, AI and EPS uploads. Review our artwork specifications for detail limits, transparency and file preparation.
Can I put several designs on one sheet?
Yes. Arrange multiple designs on your gang sheet in the builder. Check each design’s dimensions and review the complete layout before ordering.
Where are UPT transfers printed?
We print in Waterloo, Ontario. Local pickup is at 110 Frobisher Drive, Unit 3. We also offer shipping across Canada.
Can you help with an ongoing or time-sensitive order?
Contact our team with your artwork, quantity and required date before ordering. We can discuss production and delivery options for your project.
I’m ordering from the United States. Where should I start?
Please contact UPT before placing your order so we can confirm delivery options and pricing for your destination.
Do you sell blank apparel too?
Yes. Shop & Customize Apparel for undecorated clothing, or use Designer to add artwork. We can print and press clothing purchased through our online apparel section. Ready-to-press transfers are ordered separately through the gang sheet builder.
